Low Carb Co was founded by Jack, who has managed chronic autoimmune illnesses his entire life, including Type 1 Diabetes, hypothyroidism, and Addison’s disease. Health management has always been central to his routine, relying on medication, diet, and exercise. During COVID seclusion, a friend suggested he try seed crackers as a healthier snack option. Inspired by this, Jack began experimenting in his kitchen and eventually connected with two Australian entrepreneurs who had brought similar crackers to market.

Now, Low Carb Co introduces its own version of these nutritious, low-carb multi-seed crackers in Canada. The brand reflects Jack’s personal health journey and a commitment to promoting healthy eating, healthy minds, and a healthier planet. With simple ingredients and no added flavors, the light, crispy crackers are packed with nutrients, offering a satisfying and wholesome snack.
